This section provides the benefit summaries of the most common plans offered by Health Plan Select. If you do not see your plan listed below please contact Member Services at (706) 549-0549, ext. 2 for assistance. You may also access your company's benefit plan by logging into
ePower and providing your member specific information.
Registering on ePower will give you access to your plan information as well as claims and member demographic information.

Click a link to view the benefit summary in your browser or right-click the link and choose "Save Target As..." to download a copy of the benefit summary to your computer.
