Health Partners Network. If you live in the following counties, feel free to access the
Health Partners Network.
Union, Towns, Rabun, Lumpkin, White, Dawson, Hall, Forsyth and Gwinnett. There are a few exceptions for some of our groups that have businesses in Barrow, Jackson, Banks, Franklin, Stephens and Habersham, as they border the aforementioned counties and have the ability to access the
