ePower is an online service from Health Plan Select that offers members secure and convenient access to their benefits and claim information 24 hours a day.
You can access a wide range of Health Care and Dental plan information including:
Check your benefit plan to see copay and other benefit related information
Track the status of a current claim
View history of past claims
Check your current dependent and their coverage status
Update your current demographic information
Order new identification cards
By clicking on the
ePower link you will be able to
self-register using the link on the menu to the left of the ePower page.
Registration requires that you have your Health Plan Select member ID and your plan’s group number. This information is available on your HPS issued member ID card. Additional member specific information will be needed as well such as your date of birth, etc.
Once registered you will have immediate access to view your plan specific information along with claims and prior authorization data. You will also be able to update your member demographic information such as mailing address, and primary care physician choice. The system will also give you access to order replacement ID cards.
