Health Plan Select Physician Preferred Drug List in PDF format. This list is not intended to be a comprehensive listing of Health Plan Select's Preferred Drug Formulary. The Physician Preferred Drug list was developed by our Medical Director based on prescribing patterns of our in-network physicians and is intended to be a listing of the most commonly prescribed medications by drug classification.
