Health Plan Select is pleased to provide the Member Preferred Drug List as a useful reference for drug product selection.
The
Member Preferred Drug List is a list of some of the most commonly prescribed preferred drugs on your formulary. This is not a complete list of all drugs covered by Health Plan Select's Prescription Drug Benefit Plan. The drug formulary is reviewed quarterly by a Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, and brand name drugs will automatically be moved to third tier when generic equivalents and products are available.

MedImpact and register as a member. The registration process is simple and only requires a few minutes of your time. Please have your member ID number which is available on your HPS ID card, and your date of birth. From the
MedImpact main screen click on the “member” icon. This link will take you to the registration page; click “register now” and follow the prompts. Once you are registered you can “sign in” and access the HPS formulary lookup tool. This “member only” access will allow you to review drugs by drug name or drug category, research participating pharmacies, and provide you with copay information on you specific pharmacy plan.
