The importance of how our groups feel about their healthcare is never underestimated. We are here to serve and we want to make sure we’re doing the best job possible. Please complete the Client Satisfaction Survey and let us know how we’re doing. The survey is anonymous but if you would like to put your group name on the form or in the comments, please feel free.
